Welcome to the 19th International Harp Contest in Israel!
Dear contestants,

You have made it- the day you have been working so hard for has come: a musical journey full of difficulties, doubts and deadlines which you have overcome, including travels from the four corners of the world.
Here you are! I congratulate you on your dedication and wish for you the chance to perform as you hope for.
The jury 2015, comprised of finest of the finest musicians, will listen with relentless dedication to your talents, your programme choices and your artistic voices. They are looking forward to be inspired by those who will best carry and represent the legend of the Israel International Harp Contest and bring it to future concert halls.
As you may know, this is my first edition as artistic director, and I am truly honored and grateful to the team for the tremendous work required of an international competition. It has been the greatest joy to work with them, as well as being able to welcome this outstanding jury in Israel. I am especially thankful to Susann McDonald/USA, who agreed to be the president of our jury.
May we experience two weeks of greatest music-making!
